So the greasey girl is once again greaseless. She's blue now, but at least the Vaseline is gone. I don't know what I am going to do now that she can get into literally every cupboard in the house, short of leashing her to the couch or something! So the Vaseline washed out after about three days. The morning I really felt like it was out, she climbed back onto the counter, got back into the cupboards and this time, raided the food coloring. Blue dye on the counter, on the cabinets, on the calendar, the wall, and of course, on the girl. Her khaki pants are no long with us. May they rest in peace in the landfill. Pictures to come...

So it just dawned on me that we may have come similar to your names yet again. Not planned of course, in fact we had a list of girl names for this little one, and then received some suggestions one of which we fell in love with and when this little girl arrived we felt this is what she should be named. When I saw a comment from you I got thinking about your cute family and I think if I remember correctly your little girl's name is Kaylie (not sure on the spelling), but if so, we now have a Baylee. Apparently we think a like! Haha. Next time we will just have to automatically plan to name the next one similar to yours, it will save us a lot of time and energy. :)
I'm thinking cabinet locks sound like a good investment...they might save more clothing from untimely death.
Oh, I feel your pain! Sophie has figured out how to open all sorts of things. Like the refrigerator, which ended with strawberries all over a new shirt. I couldn't part with it, so I got some heat bond, cut out some flowers and appliqued over the stains. . . Give that little trouble-maker a hug and a kiss for me!
Man, what are you going to do with that girl. You almost need to keep her locked in a huge play pin so she doesn't get into trouble, but then again I'm sure she'd find something to get into though, right. How does she think to get into the things she does? :)
Ohhhh the 2 year olds, what will we ever do with them? Logie loves pushing chairs over to the counter and then climbing up on them and finding surprises. Just a couple of days ago he got his chubby little cheaks up on the counter dumped tooth picks in the toaster, turned the toaster up to high and pushed the toaster down. Lucky for me my mommy radar went off and I turned off the hair dryer, came out in the kitchen to find the toaster smoking. Oh that kid is lucky he's cute. You and I both might need cabinet locks!
